Last bag was very powdery
I’ve been feeding this to my cats for about two years. No problems. The last bag though was very powdery like it was bagged from the bottom of a bin. Even shaking the bag didn’t help as there was so much powder instead of round kibble. Hard for the cats to eat that and a lot was wasted. This stuff isn’t cheap and I expect more quality. UPDATING AND ADDING TO MY COMMENT. THE LAST BAG I RECEIVED 10/2/23 smelled fruity and I requested a refund. I’ve ordered approximately 35 10lb bags, with no problems except for the last two I’ve received. It makes me seriously question quality control and I plan to call the company today.
